Eligibility for Exchange (Pakistan Orders Only)

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order — no questions asked!

To initiate an exchange, just notify us within 3 days of delivery by filling out our Exchange Request Form or contacting our support team.

The full exchange process typically takes 7 to 10 working days to complete.

Exchange Conditions

We’re happy to exchange your item(s) if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• You can provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email)

Exchange Not Accepted If:

• The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery
• The item has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
• Any part of the original packaging is missing, including tags or invoice
• You purchased the item from an unauthorized seller
• Products such as fragrances or jewelry are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons
• Additional embellishments or styling elements used in photoshoots are not included unless mentioned on the product page
