Eligibility for Exchange (Pakistan Orders Only)
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order — no questions asked!
To initiate an exchange, just notify us within 3 days of delivery by filling out our Exchange Request Form or contacting our support team.
The full exchange process typically takes 7 to 10 working days to complete.
Exchange Conditions
We’re happy to exchange your item(s) if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- You can provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email)
Exchange Not Accepted If:
- The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The item has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Any part of the original packaging is missing, including tags or invoice
- You purchased the item from an unauthorized seller
- Products such as fragrances or jewelry are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons
- Additional embellishments or styling elements used in photoshoots are not included unless mentioned on the product page
